I went to Dim Sum for lunch today and at first I thought I wouldn’t like it as it looked sort strange as it was my first time having REAL Chinese food since coming to Hong Kong. The food was delicious because my Grampy tricked me by making me close my eyes telling me I was eating waffles although he was feeding me different Chinese dishes. I also got my lesson on how to eat with chopsticks and am still learning!

Chadem: I found eating with chopsticks to be difficult. It looks as though you are doing a great job. What do you think about the food? I hope your Grandfather likes the food.
