TOTALLY WEIRD the top is a car plate is for Hong Kong and the bottom is one for when the car is in mainland China but Hong Kong is part of China? So go figure.Another totally weird thing is the car in Hong Kong has the driver on the right side of the car and the car in mainland China has the driver on the left side of car like in the USA!
